Hello, I found a roll of 12 ft of a Kodak Telecine Exposure Calibration Film on 35mm. It is sealed. SO, does that mean it is light-sensitive? I doesn't sound logical but I have no idea what is this film used for? Thanks!

It is already processed, it contains images and charts to set up a telecine. Not very useful unless you have a telecine;
