What is the general color temp of the light that the moon creates?

Its just sunlight, reflected so it is daylight balanced. Probably around 6300 K.

Theres some great information on Schneider's website about color temperature of natural light sources. They say the moon is about 4000 K. My guess would have been 6300 K too, but I guess because the light is being reflected it loses some color temp.
