i am planing to shoot a film with iphone 7 plus ..
i need information about equipments in below pic....can u plz tell ..that ..it helps me lot while buying

1. iphone charger to usb port connection how they made ?

2. is that battery ? battery which one they used (company name) or give me some alternate options

3. is that splitter for display and battery .. where can i find that splitter ..whats splitter name ??

I don't know your budget and I assume you already own a iPhone 7, but there does reach a point where a specialist camera may be worth considering because of the cost of accessorising.
