Anyone Ever Shot A 3D Film?

It feels like the craze for 3D reborn after Avatar has settled a bit. Has anyone here in the industry been a part of a project concerning itself with that?

 

Is there a 3D camera rig on set or is the effect set up in post? Did you have to adjust your general workflow style in any way as the cinematographer/AC?

 

That's just been burning in my mind for a while now. Thanks.
