I'm very curious about this lens, this is the best pic I have of it. I know it's a long shot (no pun intended) but if anyone could identify it, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

The silver "wings" make me think they might be Schneider 10mm lens with step-up filter ring.

It definitely looks like a Schneider.
Can't tell what focal length it could be.
