Mount end looks odd to me.  Missing something?  Special purpose?  What does the Hi-Fi indicate?  Don't have it in my hands yet but should before end of the year.

Might be the lens of a 8mm film projector.

Hi-Fi were projector lenses for Bolex projectors.

 

That one comes from a Super 8 cartridge projector:

They have no iris or focus mechanism, not much use for filmmaking.

Cool!  So I have a ten dollar curiosity to put in the closet with the rest of them :)  I will have to figure out a way to take some footage thru to first just as a challenge.  Thanks.
