Hello There

Recently I got into some macro cinema work and started getting into a rabbit hole of borescope lenses.

Would love to try to build my own rig or to just understand on how these set-ups work.

Its an ambitious task but learning about it will feed the brain.

Any directions or links would be amazing.

Happy New Year

A straight borescope is just an objective lens on the end of a relay lens system. Googling or finding an optics book with a section on relay lenses would be a good start if you want to understand how they work.
