Dyaliscope Anamorphic Help

Got some a very beat up dyaliscope anamorphic. The speed panchro taking lenses have been taken out of the housing.

I am a novice to this sort of thing, they have a ton of issues and a mount I have never seen before. I have also never seen them with a silver finish.

 

I also got a 75mm and just the anamorphic block of what I think is the 100mm

 

In over my head but is this something that can be serviced?

It looks like a pretty early setup, with both taking lens and anamorphic needing to be focussed, but professional quality for the time. You could probably pay someone to make it useable, but it might be expensive.
