Hello everyone,

I just tried the Krasnogorsk-3I got and everything seemed to go just fine until I heard the spring slowing down quickly until it stopped. Since then nothing, even though the spring is wounded-up all the way, nothing happens when I press the button.

Does anyone know what I should do ? Is the spring broken or blocked ?

Thank you for the help.

If the spring is wound up all the way, maybe its over wound? Try a couple of swift knocks with the heel of your palm on the side of the camera....

Not too hard though...

It actually worked ahah ! Thanks a lot. I'm not sure what happened, maybe the frame rate wheel moved during a take or it was over wound as you suggested.

I have read of several K-3 unlocked with a little knocks or touching in a precise point (which I can'tremember) with the lens removed.
Some camera go overwound (the winding turned over the normal, maybe the case of Louis) unlocked like that.
