Who sells core adapters?

In order to put film onto 200 foot spools in B wind (Cine Kodak Special) I may need to get film that is on cores and transfer it. The problem is that I have no core adapter for the rewind shafts. Who sells things like that? Thanks,

Also, editorial equipment company. You missed a tight wind on ebay this week. It went for eighty bucks. Seems pricey but bidders were all over it.

Also, doesn't a split reel do the same thing? Maybe I'm confused?

Is a tensioner the same as a tight wind? A set on dBay just went for $80

I guess a split reel... you put the core in the center of the reel, wind onto the core, and then the reel unscrews (splits) so you can take the core out. Voila.

I think the tensioner just keeps slack off of the film as you wind it. 80 seems pricey for one of those. Two moviola rewinds with tensioners, spring clamps and six spacers just sold for 80 total.

Yea, I bid it up then dropped out when it got too high. I wonder how much was the maximum bid. I think they go for as much as $150 for a set as seen other places. That was more than I was willing to go now. I'll just hold the core in my fingers for now...

Here's a tightwind on ebay. I guess that other one wasn't such a bad deal. I can't quite figure from the picture how this thing might work.

Anyway, single split reels are cheaper... usually 30 to 50. There were two on last week... also called break apart reels sometimes.
