were there any special mags made for aaton 54s

I was wondering with super 16 being used a fair bit nowerdays for feature production and blown up to 35mm, have any bigger mags than 400ft ever been made for the aaton range ? Many thanks. Rob

There are GX magazines that hold 800', which is about 22-minutes. Very popular for docs and tv series for obvious reasons. They load pretty much the same as thier 400' cousins. They don't work o the 54LTR though. They require a camera with the magnetic drive, XTRs and beyond... LTRs typically (some people might have upgraded) have the dog (geared) drive.
