I don't fully understand your question, but you could use a steadicam to track from outside to inside, and have someone off screen open the door.

If you want it to look like you are just passing through the door, then that would require some sort of visual effect to bring you from outside to in.

cheap & easy way:
shoot one shot dollying into the closed door.
shoot it again with the door open.
use a quick dissolve to transition.
you don't even need to get the speed exactly the same (though this is dependent on your particular vision), just make sure that the height, pan and tilt are the same.

easy way:
shoot motion control into the closed door.
shoot motion control again with the door open.
use a quick dissolve to transition.

another way:
call effects guys.
then they'll proceed to
shoot motion control into the closed door.
shoot motion control again with the door open.
then probably digitally create some kind of neat and/or sexy way to have the pov push through the door.

but seriously, the cheap & easy way works. that's how they did stuff like that up until the 70s.

hope this helps,
jaan
