Hi guys

I am a UK based lighting director used to multicamera TV work and have a drama project starting soon. The project is needing a more filmic look than normal so we have decided to have a play with lenses not normally used in TV.
To decide which ones to use I was thinking of getting a Mark bv directors viewfinder to look at the locations...does the commitee rate this piece of kit or is there a cheaper better option available?

Thank you in advance and I look forward to your responses :D

regards

Darryl

Hi,

The mk V directors is very good. I find the smaller cheaper ones not as good. If you can afford it buy the mk V its worth it. They sell on EBay for about $450 second hand so they do keep some value.
