Has anybody else seen the new 4K restoration of "Wizrd of Oz"? I have seen a 2K projection on a Christie DLP. While the colors were great (such as the red slippers which had saturation probably not possible to get from a modern 35mm print) I could not stop wishing they would not use digital grain reduction on these restorations. There clearly were artifacts on textures in motion, such as Dorothy's apron with the white and blue patterns and the bricks on the yellow brick road. The MPEG 2 compression did not help as well.
