Here are a few stills from Chris Cunningham's Bjork video - "All is Full of Love".

Would someone care to explain how these scenes were lit and what lights were used, was there any digital manipulation, any special filtration - maybe even a rough estimate or a link to the exposure/film stock/lenses used?

Thanks,
Jonathan

This video is featured on his "Director Label" DVD that you can pick up at many retail outlets, and there's a making-of doc on there, but I don't remember specifics. It has a booklet included as well, but I rented it, so I don't know what exactly is in it.

Also some information on the video from the February 2000 American Cinematographer article:

'Amorous Androids' by Chris Probst.
