Has anyone used Plus8Digital's Cinesmart cine-style zoom lenses and if so, what info can you give me on them?

So far, I have gathered from our rental agent there that they are rehoused Fuji lenses, but I don't know which. My workhorse lens will be either an 18x or 15x. I was told by the rep that the 15x is superior and that I'll be much happier with its quality--he's currently trying to get it for me.

These lenses are not my first choice, but the budget is low, etc. I'm already struggling with the line producer to get equipment that we need but obviously lenses are extremely important to me and if I should stay away from these for any major reason, I'll have to cut something somewhere and fight for better glass.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

They are rehoused Fuji ENG lenses. Youre better off using the Fuji Cine lenses, or if youre in a bind try the canon lenses.
