Does anyone here ahve firsthand experience with the weeklong AC school offered in Rockport Maine? I'd love to go and learn the ins and outs of being a camera assistant and to learn 35mm gear, but I'd really like to hear something about the program that's not coming from their own promotional material before I spend the money.

I took a one-week advanced lighting course there and it was quite excellent. Very long days, total immersion, and I learned a lot. I'm sure much depends on the instructor.

I did 4 courses in 1996 and had the time of my life. Great teachers, great environment, great students. Worth every penny.
