Hello, I'm shooting a short film next week and I have to use the DVCPRO AJ-D800 which has 3 2/3'' CCDs. The thing is that I want to shoot 16:9 and the camera is 4:3. Is there an anamoprhic lens for 2/3'' CCD cameras such as this? If not is there any other way to shoot 16:9 on that camera? Thanks

Hi,

Essentially, no. Not without horrible quality loss. Get a better camera.

There is Canon's hard-to-find 1.33X rear adaptor for B4 video lenses. But it adds four to six inches or so to the length of the lens. For the costs of renting one, you probably could just rent a better 16x9 video camera.
