The 13th edition of the International Film Festival of the Art of Cinematography will be held in Lodz, Poland from November 26th till December 4 rd and will be organized with the help of Ministry of Culture and support of local authorities (City of Lodz and Lodz Voivodeship) and Media Desk Program. THIS YEAR THE FESTIVAL IS ONE DAY LONGER!

We are happy to inform that PANAVISION joined this year Festival increasing the donation and expanding the collaboration with the Festival. There will be PANAVISION workshops lead by professional cinematographers. First workshops with take place on Monday, November 28th and second workshops will be held on Friday, December 2nd. Very interesting presentation of PANAVISION equipment will be held on Saturday, December 3rd.

ARRI workshops will take place on Tuesday, November 29th and on Thursday, December 1st. Oliver Stapleton is to lead the workshops on Thursday and there is a great chance that Chris Doyle?s schedule will allow him to be with us at Camerimage and lead the workshops on Tuesday.

Furthermore, we are also happy to inform that KODAK joined us and during the Festival and all guests will be able to take part in the KODAK presentation that will take place in the Festival Center on Thursday, December 1st as well as join other events prepared together with KODAK company.

The presentation of FUJI will be held on Friday, December 2nd.

SACHLTER will have the lighting workshops during the Festival - the talks with acclaimed cinematographers to lead the workshops are being held. Billy Williams will be one of the leaders of the workshops.

There will be very interesting presentations made by Technicolor, Panavision, Color By Deluxe, Sony and other companies, but the details of these presentations will be given later.

The Selection Committee is working on the films submitted to the Festival. We received 252 feature films and 204 students etudes. The decision concerning the feature films will be announced till October 28th.

There will be a Competition of Polish films this year judged by International Jury. The lists of films will be announced within 2 weeks. Furthremore, there will be a retrospective of Bulgarian and Estonian cinema as well as review of films directed by Istvan Szabo and shot by Lajos Koltai.

Entrance Card could be recerve through our website. CHARLIE CINEMA at Piotrkowska Street will be an Official Camerimage Cinema this year and the tickets there will be available soon.
