Fish eye adaptor... how does it fit on?

I have a job tomorrow. using the J11 HD lens and the J21 . We have a fisheye adaptor

But I just got a call from the AC and he can t work out how it fits on the end of the lens! How does it work? I have never used one like this.

I don't know that one specifically but the other century converters I've used just had an appropriately sized ring in them that tightened with one screw around the front of the barrel of the lens.
